Access to this platform is granted solely to authorized Rise Up Realty agents and staff. By accessing this platform you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful, internal business purposes
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share account access
• Treat all training materials, scripts, and data as proprietary and confidential
• Not attempt to access areas of the platform beyond your authorization level
• Report any suspected unauthorized access or security issues immediately to admin

Rise Up Realty LLC collects and processes personal data (name, email, activity data) solely for the purpose of operating this training platform. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

Data is stored securely via Google Firebase. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting admin@riseuprealtyaz.com.
